With companies like Mendix, Entando and some others new ideas were introduced and a next step was made, but as long as the OutSustems, IBMs and other dinos keep chewing on their by now outdated solution, the breakthrough will keep shifting.

The main reasons underlying that? Customers don’t trust new software technology and developers are too fond of jumping from on low level framework to the next. Even Gartner is wrong sometimes…
